Screen cast tutorials of databases are being placed on the SC Discus website. The first one covers the LitFinder database with emphasis on Spanish Language Poetry. It will be interesting to see how many additonal screencasts go up on the various database. I'm not sure how effective it will be for patrons (as most folks will be using computers without sound), but will be of primay use for staff.
