Britannica has some new content. In reading the April 15th, 2008
Booklist Spring Database Update article it lists a new quotation source and a gateway to classics within
Britannica Public Library edition. The amount of quotes "4000 ... from both historical and contemporary men and women" is not particular overwhelming or the "225 works by 140 [classic] authors", but both are a nice additional add - link to
source. On an unrelated matter, I found fascinating news stories from major sources like the NY Times and BBC. If you like
Yahoo.com featured articles, chances you make like the smaller amount of profiled news stories and recently updated articles on the
Britannica public library edition. It is nice every once in a while to just think about the trusty on-standby encyclopedias.
